Founder (CEO)
Balaji D. Waddar is the Founder of BHIMSI Foundation and a social entrepreneur dedicated to serving communities through innovation, technology, and social welfare. He founded BHIMSI Foundation with a vision to create practical solutions for real-life community challenges. Under his leadership, the Foundation works on initiatives in digital empowerment, education, community development, public services, and social welfare. He is particularly known for promoting the BHIMSI Digital Door Number Plate Project, which aims to provide homes with digital identification through GPS, QR codes, and digital addressing technology. His vision is to build safer, smarter, digitally connected, and empowered communities through compassion, innovation, and service to society.
Managing Director
Vandana B. Waddar is a dedicated social worker and an active member of BHIMSI Foundation. She is committed to community development, women’s empowerment, education, and social welfare. Through her involvement in various foundation initiatives, she supports community outreach, awareness programs, and welfare activities. She believes in serving society with compassion, dedication, and responsibility. Her vision is to contribute to stronger, empowered, and self-reliant communities through service, education, and meaningful social impact.
